Terms of Service

Rules of using MSID.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using MSID ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on MSID. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has consented to your use of the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to game rankings, or violate these Terms.

4. Server listings

When you list a Minecraft server on MSID, you confirm:

You have the right to operate that server.
The information you provide (name, description, address, banner) is accurate.
The server's content does not violate Indonesian law, host illegal content, scam players, or impersonate another community.

We may remove listings that breach these rules without notice.

5. Voting

Each visitor may vote for a server once per 24-hour period (WIB). Automated voting, vote-buying, or any attempt to manipulate the ranking system may result in vote removal, server delisting, and account suspension.

6. User content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting it, you grant MSID a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute it on the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using MSID at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are legally required to do so.

8. Disclaimer

MSID is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not endorse any listed server and are not responsible for the content, behavior, or safety of any third-party Minecraft server.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSID and its operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MSID after changes constitutes acceptance.
